Cadence ("we," "our," or "us") is an iOS application operated by Sirca. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains our data practices.

2. Data Collection

Cadence does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our systems.

App content, preferences, logs, or other information you generate in Cadence stay on your device unless Apple's operating system handles them under Apple's own policies. We do not operate servers that receive or store your information for Cadence as described in this policy.

Cadence does not access, collect, or track your physical location for our purposes. We do not use your device's GPS or location services to build a profile or send data to Sirca.

4. Payment Processing

If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, payment is processed entirely by Apple via In-App Purchase. We never see or store your credit card details, billing address, or payment information.

Apple's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

9. Your Rights

Because we do not collect any personal data on our systems for Cadence as described here, there is no data to access, delete, or export from Sirca's systems.

You can remove app data from your device by deleting Cadence from your iPhone.

Because we do not operate backend services that store your Cadence personal data as described in this policy, security of information on your device depends on iOS, your passcode, and your own device practices.
