Molecule - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Molecule, a mobile application operated by Sirca Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Molecule, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your use of Molecule is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

2. Description of Service

Molecule is a personal finance application designed to help users understand their finances, set goals, and build wealth over time. Features may include budgeting tools, insights, and educational content. The app is intended to support your financial planning; it is not a bank and does not hold your funds unless separately disclosed in the app.

3. No Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice

Molecule provides information and tools for general financial education and personal organisation only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Nothing in Molecule is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, product, or investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified financial adviser, accountant, or lawyer for advice tailored to your situation.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information or tools provided through Molecule.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Molecule may offer subscription-based or paid features. All in-app payments and renewals are handled via Apple In-App Purchase.

• •You will be charged through your Apple ID account
• •You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• •Refunds are subject to Apple's policies; we do not provide refunds for partial periods except as required by law

To cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Molecule

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• •Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app
• •Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Molecule, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Sirca Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Molecule is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Molecule will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirca Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Molecule or any financial decisions you make based on information from the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via app update notes or on this page. Continued use of Molecule after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Molecule at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Molecule shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
