All map data, entity information, and app functionality is stored locally on your device. We do not have servers that receive or store your information.

3. Location Data

Omni does not access, collect, or track your physical location. The app displays global geopolitical data but does not use your device's GPS or location services.

4. Payment Processing

If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple via In-App Purchase. We never see or store your credit card details, billing address, or payment information.

Apple's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no data to access, delete, or export from our systems.

You can delete all app data by deleting the Omni app from your device.

To cancel subscriptions, go to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Omni.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Because Omni does not collect, sell, or share any personal information, California residents have no personal data to request access to or deletion of.

11. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

Because Omni does not process any personal data, GDPR data processing rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) are not applicable.

12. Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device and we operate no servers, your data security is managed by your device's operating system (iOS) and your own device security practices.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if we introduce new features that involve data collection. We will notify you of any material changes via an update to the app or on this page.
