These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Omni, a mobile application operated by Sirca Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Omni, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your use of Omni is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

2. Description of Service

Omni is a geopolitical intelligence platform that provides information about global infrastructure, trade routes, and strategic assets. The app is designed for informational and educational purposes.

Omni provides informational content only and does not offer financial, investment, legal, or political advice.

The information provided in Omni should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making financial, legal, or strategic decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for specific advice related to your circumstances.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Omni may offer subscription-based access to certain features. All subscription payments and renewals are handled via Apple In-App Purchase.

• •You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• •No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. User Conduct

Omni is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Omni will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirca Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Omni.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via app update notes or on this page. Continued use of Omni after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Omni at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
